Bookings can be made through our website or by phone, text, or personal messaging. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
GoFetch reserves the right to refuse service for any booking, at any time, for any reason.
Service prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on distance, time, and special requirements. Payment is processed securely in person. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.
All GoFetch drivers are insured and licensed. However, GoFetch is not liable for:

The following items are strictly prohibited from delivery services: illegal substances, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, perishable goods without proper packaging, and items exceeding weight/size limits without prior approval.
Users must not misuse our services, harass drivers or staff, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the GoFetch platform are owned by GoFetch or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
GoFetch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
